2008 Razor “first look” UPDATE

Oh my, Topps is in some SERIOUS trouble.

Below is a National Sports Collectors Convention exclusive being given out by Razor. While the card is blurry, it’s in my opinion, head over heels better looking than 2008 Bowman.

Waxheaven.com was expecting some exclusive scans before the Nationals but apparently we were forgotten about. Thank goodness for eBay!

I hope some of the Beckett folks find and save me some of those for when I get there. I will send you a shot if I can, not sure if we have a scanner there.
Those do look sharp, Razor did good!

    Oh. My. GAWD.

You can actually read the name!

It’s not in ugly unreadable gold foil!

    WHAT WITCHCRAFT IS THIS?!?!

  3. Dave says:

Sweet! I’ve gotta get me some of these!

  4. Gellman says:

I disagree with you man, its nice, but not 2008 Bowman nice.

Is this Razor’s first ever foray into Sports Cards? It seems like I remember the name on football cards when I was younger.

Speaking of which, and I’m changing the subject here, why do people always say, “here’s a picture of me when I was younger.”

As opposed to what? (Sorry, the thought just hit me….)

Wow, that blows me away, especially since the guy running it was from Just Minors.

    That’s one sweet looking card

    Ah, you got the scans!

Razor’s other products looked sharp to me, especially the poker cards they have been putting out, so I am not completely surprised–but I am very pleased!

I like just about everything with that card, and can’t wait to get my hands on one to really give it a good look…check the stock, the finish, and the back ect.

No matter what, that is an impressive first try…anyone remember 1981 Donruss?
